The longer you retain your APEX LHRTM staff, the higher the discount to convert Labour Hire to Recruitment. At 8 weeks, the payout is almost halved; whereas, at the completion of 12 weeks, there is no additional outlay to convert the APEX LHRTM staff to your own. Individual pricing will be included in your servicing contract.
All Labour Success staff are provided as per your requirements. Superannuation, PAYE Tax and all other staff related costs are borne by APEX LHRTM during the initial 12 week period and in an ongoing manner if you prefer APEX LHRTM to continue to service your staff. We simply invoice you weekly on terms.
